world traffic service

I have published the World Traffic Service layer in a web map and also a web app. I was able to view it for a week but now when I open the map or the app, I do not see the traffic flow. I can however see the traffic incidents. I can toggle the incidents on and off but the traffic flow will not appear. I have tried removing the service layer and adding it back. Has anyone else experienced this?

Same issue here. Been good for while but stopped working since last Friday. Can see incidents but not traffic (North America). ESRI, please fix this asap!

Glad to know its not just me. But yes, ESRI needs to get this sorted. I work at a transit agency and this is a very helpful visual.
