World imagery basemap service not accessible;

Host my web page with world imagery basemap but it can not be loaded. In Chrome development mode it says:   (failed)net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET .

To access the service URL：https://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer?f=json

The browser says:  

How to solve this?

The link above is replaced by :https://server.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer

There is still some problem on the above solution. It seems there are duplicate request tiles both on server.arcgionline and service.arcgisonline
