Won't save Google Doc in my ArcGIS online maps

I created several maps using the method from

I published a few google documents containing lat/long and added them to my arcgis.com maps using the "add layer from web" option.
It was working great but all of a sudden it won't display the google docs.  The map contents of my arcgis.com maps list the google doc csv but do not display them on the map.

I have tried re-adding the google doc/csv and it will display correctly, but when I save and reopen they do not show up.

It appears to be ok if I open the map in ArcGIS Explorer online but ArcGIS.com map viewer that won't display the csv layers.
