I'm trying to add WMS layers to my map in ArcGIS Online but I keep getting an error that the service does not exist or is unavaible. Even when I do this outside of the map, just to upload the service to the Content pane, I still get the same error.
The service is correct, I'm sure of it. It works just fine with ArcGIS Pro. What is the problem? Is there a way to change the parameters of this service so that it works in ArcGIS Online?

Adam,
I was able to reproduce what you were seeing where I could load that WMS into ArcGIS Pro but then got an error in ArcGIS Online. However, I was able to load the WMS into my Portal, so I wonder if it has something to do with how the WMS is served up to where it does not allow access to AGOL but access to Portal. Can you add it into Portal?
Adrian,
Thank you for your reply. I don't have access to ArcGIS Enterprise. However I uploaded a map created in ArcGIS Pro with these 2 WMS layers loaded to AGOL, but when I try to open it in AGOL I get an XML Parse Error message.
It sounds like this might be a good time to call Esri support since something is not lining up properly with the configuration of the WMS or with AGOL.
