ArcGIS Online is incredibly slow—so slow that it is basically unusable. I have tried clearing the browser cache, but it didn't help. I've checked my internet speed—it's great, and everything else streams fine simultaneously in a different window. I use Google Chrome, version 123.0.6312.86 (Official Build) (64-bit). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I am not sure what services1 is and how I find out or how I change it.
We also are having issues with AGOL running slow this morning. AGOL seems to be running so slow its causing our services to not load correctly into webmap and ArcGIS Pro.
I would recommend reaching out to technical support on this to have them investigate.
I just called in a ticket to ESRI. It's a known issue that is also impacting other users. My technician knew what issue I was having in a few seconds upon being on call so I'm guessing others are calling in as well.
Heard from Esri "mitigated the incident and are starting to see recovery. Please retry accessing your hosted services." Seems good to for me now
Still painfully slow and useable for me.
Seeing it for us also. Many layers not loading, Arcade not completing, slow loads. Dozens of users all over the country. For sure an issue.
No change at my end. Basically, it is still unuseable.
