Why did all the {relationships/19/Field} attributes stop working?

We were using related attributes in pop ups in the past.  But the last few weeks they just all stopped working.  No error or anything just blank in the pop up.

Tried just the attribute list and a custom one.  It is a 1-1 Relate.  If we click Show Related records it does find the record no problem.

Any ideas?

It may have to do with the number of relationship classes?  We have 2 feature classes that do not work - there are 21 Relationship classes in one and 19 in the other.  But we still DO see the attributes for another FC in the same service that has just 7 relationship classes.

Anyone do 19 or 20 before?  

Any more ideas?

Found my own old post.  I found out they know this has not worked for years and never fixed it.  It is still broke BTW.
