Why can't I see my features when I zoom in, other than the obvious answer?

Hi @tfield, is there a visibility/scale range on the layer

Apart from the obvious answer above, I've seen this issue arise when the geometry is broken.

If you have an offline feature class try running the check geometry tool on it in arcgis pro

In case it's relevant, this issue arose for me in one of my hosted feature layers after the November 2024 update.  It was a bug "Following the ArcGIS Online November Release Hosted Feature layers using British National Grid projection are reprojecting to 0,0.", and the way it showed up was the layer either appeared / disappeared at various random zoom levels, or it didn't show at all.  The ESRI UK support team resolved it for me.

Is this hosted data or from enterprise?

I see that on some of my line mapservices on enterprise 10.9.1 for service published from Pro.

Still haven't figured out why, but if I publish same thing to 10.8.1 OR use ArcMap on 10.9.1 it works perfectly.
