I know I am missing something obvious so forgive me.
I opened my table (Web Map).
I select some records.
I left click on column name.
I can't see CALCULATE but I do I see Sort Ascending & Sort Descending.
I have a Hosted FeatureLayer
I am the owner of the data
I am also the administrator.
I can edit features using the EDIT button and in Collector.
Where is that CALC button, am I looking in the wrong spot?
I want to do a mass calc. (Bonus Question: Can someone confirm I can select multiple features form the table but I can only select one feature at a time on the map?
Thanks for reading
Shawn
If you are the owner of a hosted feature layer, or an administrator of your organization, you can add, delete, and calculate fields on hosted feature layers.

Thank you for replying Jayanta. That is why I am puzzled I am the owner and also adminstrator. Can you confirm where this CALCULATE function resides? I may be looking in the wrong spot....
Thanks for helping...
The Expression Builder dialog box appears.
Could you provide further details about the hosted feature layer (how you added the hosted feature layer), with screenshot of the page with attribute table and its options.
Thanks Jayanta,
"Could you provide further details about the hosted feature layer"
Added a layer from filegoedatabase (or geodatabase) no records, just schema to ArcMap.
In ArcMap logged in with my AGOL login
Did SHARE to hosted featureservice. It was then pushed to the cloud
Works with Collector, etc.
OPTIONS in upper right of table says:
Show Selected records
Clear Selection
Show/Hide Columns
Open table (click on TABLE icon under the featurelayer)
I left click on column name.
I can't see CALCULATE but I do I see Sort Ascending & Sort Descending.
Hi Shawn,
Is this a feature layer view or a primary hosted feature layer? It isn't possible to calculate features in a hosted feature layer view or feature layers with a related tile layer:

If the layer doesn't meet any of these needs, I suggest contacting technical support to look into the specific issue.

Kelly,
Thanks for replying and sorry for the late reply.
"Is this a feature layer view or a primary hosted feature layer?"
I believe it qualifies as a "primary". I added a layer from my geodatabase to an mxd and then published it as a HostedFeatureService.
I am the owner of the data
I am also the administrator.
I can edit the features using the EDIT button and in Collector.
Thanks so much for replying...
Can you post a screenshot of the entire Overview tab on the feature layer details page?
Sure thing. (Thanks for looking...)

Thanks Shawn,
This is quite the puzzle. Can you open the layer with full editing capabilities in the web map? It will be an option that appears when you select open in map viewer.
If you still don't see the calculate button, can you post a screenshot of the field you are trying to calculate?
