I have read it but which issues u mean

ArcGIS Online uses the ArcGIS World Geocoding Service to find addresses, cities, landmarks, business names, and zip codes

What do you think about getting addresses from it ? Will be possible ?
which issues do you talk about ?

Would  recommend the various resources online.

The ArcGIS Online Word geocoding service. It has a variety of data sources from different countries:

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/geocode-coverage.htm

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/reference/geocode.htm

can I export table of addresses with geometry from ArcGIS online ?

All addresses? No. That's a lot of data and they not let you download all of it. Some different regions may allow you to download their data from the original source.

ArcGIS Online allows you to geocode addresses to create points. Or reverse geocode to add addresses to existing points. This costs credits if you run as a tool.
