What is the ideal pixel size for the pop-ups of feature classes and map notes in an ArcGS Online map?

Allison, since this is for web viewing, your resolution should be 72 dots per inch, and your physical size should be whatever will fit well for the screen, and to make the information legible. Then just multiply the inches size by 72 to get the size in pixels.
