We are trying to establish how many people are accessing our feature services. In the usage field for the feature service I get a figure of 12,000 for one day. The web site master says 243 unique visitors clicked on the link from our website to the maps on the same day. That's a big difference.
I'm aware that hits v unique visitors v requests v viewed can be different but not by more than 10 to 1 in my experience.
