I am working to move our organization's GIS data from folders and drives to ArcGIS Online. I have heard a lot of hesitation centered around people being owners of their data and how edits they make might affect what people see or if they make mistakes. I'm trying to find some documentation or resource to come up with a concise document for them.
For example, as a data owner, adding or editing features will show on all maps that has that hosted feature layer added from Online.
