Occasionally we will have end users complain that applications will stall when loading. A common culprit seems to be that the application stalls on the following stylesheets:
- loading.css
- dojo.css
- claro.css
- esri.css
This issue is usually resolved when the user clears their browsing cache, but in some cases that doesn't work. Has anyone else had this issue?
