Hey all,
I'm trying to use polygon data from a hosted feature layer or service that is owned by a government body. I can't enable the layer for offline use because I don't own the layer.
Is there a way around this?
The layer is updated on a daily basis and I would like to be able to update the offline version on a regular basis as well.
