On our primary GIS Account I uploaded a couple of Layouts on to our ArcGIS Online account. But when I went to go view them in our Viewer account they do not show up. Is this a permission issue or is this just not possible at the moment? The current layer is shared with the Organization so not sure the problem.
Is this referring to Print Layout Templates? If so, yes - a Professional or Professional Plus user type is required to use Print Layout Templates. You can read more here: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/get-started/print-maps-mv.htm
