Is it true that in the new license agreement updated on July 1, 2013, it says that if services are set to Public, then there is unlimited credits?  It says "unlimited bandwidth", but isn't that the same thing?  I've attached a screenshot of the email I received....can someone clarify this?  If I'm setting my services in my ArcGIS Online subscribed account to Public, it won't use up my credits?
  Thanks,  Jill

Unlimited Bandwidth, means that we no longer charge for the requests from the service. You will still be charged credits for hosting the Service based on storage type.

Hope that helps,
Andrew

I think what that means is that you won't consume credits if the public just looks at your published maps. But if you include extras, like routing, you will still consume credits at a certain point.
