Unable to upload JPEG to My Content

I'm trying to add a JPEG file of a logo to use in my Open Data and Hub site, but when in My Content when I Add Item > From my Computer > Choose file and hit 'Add Item' nothing happens. It's as if the Add Item button just does not respond. Is this some kind of temporary issue with AGOL?

Chrome was not working, but Firefox just did. Thanks

Ok, you may need to clear your cache in Chrome.  Another test to see if cache clearing is required is to run in incognito mode and see if that works in Chrome.

Hi Ingrid,

The newest version of Chrome has a bug associated with it that prevents adding items through the Content page. This will be resolved with the next update of Chrome, but in the meantime, using another browser or using the incognito mode of Chrome are the workarounds!
