Unable to convert Public Account to Organization after purchase of ArcGIS Online

I had a Public Account set up long ago – I just signed in and purchased the Creator version of ArcGIS Online. However, I can't find anything to convert this account to an Organization (it looks all set up). When I try and log into Collector, for example, it's still saying I have a Public Account. 

I have found numerous versions of this issue in the community and online but the answers there aren't showing up in this instance, or are showing documentation for previous versions.

What can I do here?

I do see that I have the license here, but it is not activated.
