Need some help. I've got several students that are submitting assignment links whose domain names of "learngis2.maps.arcgis.com" that I am unable to access directly without logging in to the site. The maps are being published as "Public" access, but when I use the link, I am taken to a login screen and not their map.
When I log with my account, it says I cannot access the material because I am not a member of that organization.
Is there a way to change the organizational permissions, or allow someone outside the "learngis2" org to access "public" info?
I am not having this issue with any domain name that does not begin with "learngis2"
