Trying to enable editing in the Feature Layer, but can't find Feature Layer Settings section

I am trying to use Forms in ArcGIS Fieldmaps, but it says I need to "enable editing in the item details" if I want to edit my Layers. I tried following the directions on the Manage hosted feature layer editing page, but, when I go to the settings tab there is no Feature Layer (Hosted) Settings or Feature Layer (Hosted, View) Settings section so I can't check "Enable editing." How do I fix this?!?!

Are you logged in as the owner of the hosted feature layer (or administrator)?

If not, you will not see these options.

I think so, I am logged into my ArcGIS Online account. I literally just added the web map through that same account.
