Transferring organization owner (without a paid subscription)

Hi,

I have my global account registered against our organisation account as the owner.
We do not have a paid subscription so we can only have one person on the account.

I am leaving the organisation, how can I transfer that ownership to a different user and or unregistered my global account?

I think I've described my scenario correctly but if not hopefully you've got the gist of it.

For any ArcGIS Online content, you would need to have a full subscription to transfer ownership of any items and groups to another individual in the organization.

If your Esri global ID is the one registered as the contact point for your organization (e.g., for software licensing and purchases), and you want to provide a different global ID, you probably need to contact Esri.
