Tiled Hosted Map Service and Projections

In ArcMap 10.1 Beta 2, sharing a service to an AG.com organization.  The client uses all their own data in State Plane meters.  They use nothing Web Mercator at all.  I do not see a way to change the tile scheme when trying to set up the initial cache.

Is it possible to have a tiled hosted map service that is not projected in Web Mercator?

Matt,

It is possible to use a custom tiling scheme. You just need to choose the custom option in ArcMap when publishing. See the attached image. Also, for beta issues, it's better to post questions in the beta forums here: http://forums.arcgis.com/forums/188-ArcGIS-Online
