Hello all,

When I go to a webmap item in my AGOL, the overview page now pops a message:

AndreaB__0-1731516917929.png

The webmap contains a hosted group feature layer and the topographic basemap. The map is being used in Field Maps app and is working for most people.

I have another webmap that I'm using in several experience builder apps. This one now says the same thing when I look at the item overview page but with a +1. This map has a hosted feature layer with 2 layers and the light gray canvas basemap. Nothing has changed in them lately. The error just started a couple of days ago. (So actually before the update to AGOL last night). This webmap is working in the expb apps.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hello! Could you try these again today? A patch went out that should address this issue.

Same thing is happening to me a few maps that I am using in Experience Builder. The map appears but none of the layers are selectable, and no pop-up appears when something is clicked on

I talked to Esri tech support. A few users are reporting this. They're going to do some research. Might be a bug.

It is worth taking a look at the network traffic from when you get this error message - it should tell you what layer is causing the issue. If you have a tech support case open maybe they can check this for you.

Yes, right you are. It works now. Thank you. And I closed my Tech support case also.

Hello Zara.

We are having the same issue and it has not been resolved.

Has the patch that was pushed out been applied to all clients?

Hi, Is it on the item details page that you were seeing the issue as well? or in a different place?

In arcgis online when trying to view our published layers

Hi, It might be worth checking with support if it is still not working. It might be something specific to your layers.
