Technical questions regarding ArcGIS Online

I am currently making a chart with information of various GIS software/applications

I would like to know more information about ArcGIS Online as seen in the headings of this example chart:

Pricing/License, Supported OSs,Windows Server 2008/Server Core Compatibility, Supported Applications, Pre-Backup Analysis, Schedulable, Scriptable, Reporting Options, Differential Backups, Virtual Machine Compatibility, Remote Administration, Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) Compatibility.

Where can I get this information?

Eninna, there are other threads talking about backing up ArcGIS Online that I'll try to find..but will put this link on now (again, I lose things on the ipad when I switch between tabs sometimes....seems to refresh on the geonet side...ugh)

there are tools for backing up available from this group...they have free and two low cost sets of tools...you would have to look thru the options you would like..

short answer to you questions...yes you can back it up...with additional tools...but no built in or auto backup. If you delete it and don't use one of the other tools, it most likely is lost. however, you can check an option to prevent deletion for each of the items on your site.
