Survey123 - Submitting a survey with no cellular service (Token Required)

Hello,

I'm attempting to submit a Survey123 survey with no cellular service with sent box disabled. I'm attempting to reproduce a scenario where a volunteer enters a remote area with no service and then reenters the area with service to send the survey. I receive this error:

I have attached my survey. How do you resolve this issue?

Any help on this subject would be helpful.

I just found that publishing a fresh new survey removes this error.
