I made a map to try to pitch the service to my organization and they like the map though could not find the funding for the service. I put alot of work into the map, and need to recreate it else where. I need to download the work i put in so i don't to put in hours for work recreating it.
ESRI, has been non-responsive, told me it could not be done.. not even a shape file. Nothing... I find this hard to believe and in poor customer service.
I just need some help get the info.
thank you
Sven

Paolo,
from what I can tell, his account expired, which means he won't be able to access his data.
Tim
that is $1500
Yes it is a lot of money just to get your data.

Sign up for a free developer account: Plans | ArcGIS for Developers
It gives you almost all the functions of an organizational account, but will stay forever. You could use this in the future, if there should be funding and you need to show them again the possibilities.

If you have ArcMap you can download the Geographic data that you have uploaded in AGOL and are published as feature Service, following these steps
1. start ArcMap
2. File--> ArcGISOnline (logIn)
3. My Maps and data
4. Choose your FeatureService
5. In ArcMap choose the layer then Data-->Export Data...
Hi Sven,
You can convert your expired trial to a public account, preserving both your web map and map tour. On the "My Organization" page, click the Purchase link. One of the options is to convert to a public account. Here's what you should see:
