Simple GeoForm is not get loaded on Samsung Galaxy S3, but OK on Samsung Galaxy S5.

What happens when you try to load the app on the S3? Have you installed Chrome on your S3 and tried then? Also, from clicking on your link, it looks like you need to log in. Is there a way to make your app public so that others can try it?

Let me know how Chrome behaves. I tend to stick with Chrome for phone browsers instead of using the default browser.
