I'm creating StoryMaps for partners and the public to view, with maps embedded within sidecars.
I want the viewer to be able to freely zoom into the map, without being able to zoom out from the current extent that the map is set at. I've been told there is no way to do this - it would be really helpful if this setting could be developed.
