Setting default browser for pop-up links

Hi folks,

Is there a way to set the default browser to be used by a pop-up link. I ask because the page I want to link to works well in Firefox, sometimes in Chrome and Edge and not at all in IE. I realise that this is an issue with the site, which I don't control, but if I could at least force the link to open in Firefox users would have a greater chance of getting direct information, rather than me including in the 'Help' the need to copy and paste any generated URL to actually access the record ☹️.

I'm not hopeful that there is a fix, but i thought that there was no harm in asking.

Hi Laura,

Thanks for that; that is the default option, but I was hoping for some way to avoid it, as our web team don't like putting 'unnecessary' information on the landing page for 'simplicity'. likewise they don't like splash screens.
