Scrolling in new Map Viewer

Using the new Map Viewer, when I try to use the scroll wheel to zoom in and out, the map only zooms out no matter which way I turn the wheel. Anyone know why this would be? This is only one of the issues I'm having with Map Viewer. Classic Map Viewer seems to work fine.

Sorry for the basic questions but:

What browser are you using?

Have you tried using a different mouse? I had issues previously and discovered it was the mouse. Maybe update the drivers as well?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser?
