Relationship Class from Feature Service to ArcGIS Online

I set up a relationship class in ArcGIS Pro and created feature services for both the polygon feature layer and the related table. In ArcGIS Pro, I can access related records through the pop-up and attributes for each polygon feature. In ArcGIS Online, I cannot access related records. 

On the REST services directory, the relationship is listed (between the polygon layer "Projects" and the table "Inspections"), so it seems to have come through in some manner when the feature services were published, but I still cannot access them in my Online map. Any ideas for troubleshooting?

Assuming you went into the popup and added a Related records element?

Did you make the map before you added the relate?  If so try a brand new map as it only picks these up on initial adding of the layer.

I tried to add a related record element, but the option was not available. 

I tried both to use the existing online map I had and I tried making a new one then adding the feature services.

Did you add them via URL manually with the \0 at the end or from the add data interface?  That can make a diff.  I would start from the layer item page then open map from there just to see.

Hmm I have seen this but it tends to fix on a new map.  Can you post a screen shot of the Rest page showing it.  It could be a naming issue that is does not like.   Trying to remember what it was that I have seen.  Not sure if M:M are supported.

Hi, can you provide a screen-shot of what the layer looks like in your map, please? That's of the layer itself, and then the table in the table view.  And also in the item view for the hosted feature layer, not rest services view, can you you see, in the dropdown, layer and related table?

My guess is its the periods in the relationship name here.  I thought they fixed that but it did used to break I think  DNRAIMSv3.DBO.LWCF_Inspections  

I would try a new test service without the periods in the relationship name to see.

Any particular reason why your data is setup as such? Do you have multiple relationship classes or just the one between /5 and /16 (420 ish and 300 ish records)?
