Related records popup in webmap not working

Is anyone else having issues with related records not displaying in the AGOL webmap popup? I've had it configured for some time now and it had been working. The below image is the relationship config from Pro before publishing. When a user adds a point near the line, I have an arcade expression in Forms that calculates the line's globalid into the segment_id field of the point layer. When viewing the related layers (lines and points) you can see they are related in the AGOL table and you can see they are related in Pro (hosted layers)--just not in the popup any more. I've removed and readded Related record from the contents of the popup several times to reset it but still not working. I was able to use a workaround arcade expression that displays the related record as text but that's not exactly what I want. Anyone else having issues?

Hmm mine is working fine. Is there an error? What are you seeing in AGOL when trying to add that related record to the popup?

It just says no related records. But here's the weird thing--just now when I tested by clicking on the line to get the related points, it did show the related records. And then I tested by clicking on a point to see the related lines and it didn't work. Then tested again and the point to line did not work while the line to point did. In other words, it appears that sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and it's sort of back and forth--records that are related won't work both ways at the same time--if any of that makes sense. I think there's something going on maybe with the recent AGOL updates. It's a 1:M relationship which I've heard can be problematic in AGOL. Annnnndddd when I just now tested one last time before posting my response, both ways are working. So I'm just going to be patient for the gremlins to leave and stop pulling my hair out--LOL!

And here's the actual record in the table where you can see there is a related record.
