Receiving my free extra acct user and additional credits

Hello everybody. I got an email back on Aug 8th saying that we would be receiving a free acct user and additional credits with our GIS licenses. I have not yet got an email from ESRI saying that we have received them. Anybody know how to get these applied to our Account?
