Raster KMZ shows duplicate images in the New Map viewer

Hi, I am trying to display a KMZ file containing raster in the AGOL New Map Viewer. 

After I add it to the New Map Viewers, I can see raster get duplicated with an offset. But the KMZ file looks all right in the Classic Map Viewer and ArcGIS Earth.

Anyone know how to display correctly in the New Map Viewer?
