query feature layer

I made a weblayer from a feature layer (for which there's also a View Layer). I queried out a few sites in Pro and confirmed these aren't showing in the table in Pro. But the sites are still in the Attribute Table and can be searched in the webmap and webapp. Have I missed a step?

Any chance you can share the data? There are lots of reasons why a layer might not display in a map.

the layer is displaying but the query I set in Pro isn't reflected in the feature layer online.
