I need to publish a .tpk to ArcGIS online for use as an offline basemap in Cartegraph. What's the best way to go about doing this? We have existing .tpkx imagery in ArcGIS Online but Cartegraph works specifically with .tpk only.
Looks like you can export the .tpkx to a .tpk using the Export Tile Cache GP tool (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.4/tool-reference/data-management/export-tile-cache.htm)You will need to have access to the .tpkx file, which may need to be downloaded from Online.
