Publicly shared dashboard asking for sign-in

Likely related to new AGOL just released, but we have a dashboard that is publicly shared (as well as all items in it).  Now when going to it, we get asked to sign in, and that never resolves - sign pop-up appears several times, then goes away and no data is displayed.

I just saw your post on the shareable issue.  I get No Subscriber Content message too.  I shared my feature layer, then made it hosted and share that, but still get the same message.  Did you figure out how to share your dashboard?

I am also now having this issue. Has previously been working and all layers included are public. 

Only difference is that I'm working in Portal.

Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas how to share a public dashboard without having to sign in?  If I can bypass this, it would solve a lot of issues.  Would love to be able to update these dashboards and share them publicly.
