Can someone provide some input as to the configuration needed for a proxy page to use secured services hosted through ArcGIS Online? What's the correct url? Our organizations portal url [https://mycompany.maps.arcgis.com/home/index.html] or something else? Do I enable matchAll? What about tokens? I haven't seen a way to administer tokens through ArcGIS Online like you would through ArcServer. So I'm not sure what configuration I need to apply to the proxy config file when using ArcGIS Online secured services.

As a reference, we use our organization's ArcGIS Online account to create web maps and applications and to create and host feature services.

Thanks!

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you writing an application that you want to access secured services? What language?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Mike,

I'm using the Basic Viewer Javascript template and hosting it on our web server, but you get an error when using IE, which was brought up in this forum: http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/76485-IE-9-Sign-In-Errors-for-Secured-Services and hence the need for a proxy page.

I followed this help, http://help.arcgis.com/en/webapi/javascript/arcgis/jshelp/#ags_proxy for setting up the proxy page.

Thanks!
