My Server is online during the office working hours in India, So if you get any connection error other that what I have raised here, that means my server must be switched off
I am experiencing the exact same issue. Unfortunately the WFS I am using is behind authentication that I cannot share with you.
I follow the same steps but have something extra to report: when adding it from the Content --> add item the layer (even though the wrong layer) has the correct order of attributes with correctly set up decimals etc.
If I do this from the map viewer, the layer somehow has all attributes in alphabetical order with incorrect options for decimals. This workaround would therefore mean I have to redo all attributes and the order to be able to showcase it correctly.
This seems like a bug to me too.
Some additional information is:
I am using a geoserver service (tried OWS WFS), within ArcGIS Enterprise Portal version 11.3.0.
The URL I am using (which is missing the authkey so therefore not working) is https://<domain>.<domain>.nl/geoserver/user_ws/ows?SERVICE=WFS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=2.0.0...
Is there already a bug for this specific item? If it exists I wish to be included or kept up to date of this bug. I have a client who does not want to upgrade their ArcGIS Enterprise Portal until this bug is fixed; when it is fixed they would like to know so they can plan an upgrade.
