We have a problem with printing the map from Map Viewer and Experience Builder (AGOL). I have identified that the problem occurs with the "Imagery Layer" layer type. Layer is published on AE (10.9.1) on my institution's portal. On AGOL it is available as a url (view layer). Other types such as Feature Layer, Tile Layer do not cause this error. The portal is not public. The url of each layer are made publicly available using NGNIX.
What could be the cause of printing errors? We have added a support ticket, but unfortunately we have not had any specific response for several months.
