This is a pretty broad question, so I understand there may not be a simple answer.
I have some Windows servers in a trust vlan with restricted internet access through a proxy server. I've successfully set up ArcGIS Pro so that I can get basemaps, Living Atlas, etc from ESRI servers. My next task is to see if it's possible to prevent data uploads to the ESRI cloud from these servers. If ESRI cloud storage access uses different networks than the servers that present the basemaps, then I'm probably all set. If they use the same network, people would need keys and other information which would make access less likely but obviously still possible.
I may need to contact ESRI directly for this answer, but I'm hoping someone here would know.
