Pop-ups not working in Map Viewer

Hi,

I have a web map created in ArcGIS Online where the pop-ups for one of the layers does not work. When clicked on, instead of the pop-up popping up nothing happens. The other layers on the map have their pop-ups working correctly.

The problem layer in question has pop-ups turned on and they are custom configured to display a select number of fields & it uses an Arcade expression for the title.

When using the map in the Field Maps mobile app and selecting a feature from this layer, the custom configured pop-up works and can be viewed. When viewing the map in Map Viewer Classic, the custom configured pop-up works and can be viewed. When viewing the map in Experience Builder using the map widget, the issue persists and the pop-ups do not work.

I am truly unsure why Map Viewer refuses to display pop-ups for this single layer, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

@JamesMatthews The popups still don't work reliably for image services in the new Map Viewer, but the bug status for the issue is listed as "In Production Plan": The issue has been added to the development team's backlog. The goal for issues with this status is to address them in a near-term release (next release or two). 

Here's the link to the bug report if you want to keep tabs on it. I'm hoping it's resolved soon, as it's the only remaining issue keeping us from transitioning entirely from the Classic Map Viewer. Note that this bug is specific to image services, which is different from the issue described in the original post.

Thanks @Heidi_Kristenson . I'll keep an eye on the bug report. The issue was affecting several large multipart feature classes for me. I've used Multipart To Singlepart to get around this, but I can see this being quite disruptive if we continue rolling out 'new' Map Viewer based apps.

I'm having the same issue with a point layer; pop-ups are enabled but nothing appears when you click on one of the  points in the web map. I have tried all the suggestions in this thread. Also not able to add new points to the map despite having editing enabled for the layer. @RussRoberts can I share the map and layer with you please? It's not a public map so will have to invite you to a group.

Popups are not appearing for the layers: 'Monitoring Device: Active' and 'Monitoring Device: Retired' (both are same Hosted Feature Layer).
