Pop ups go blank after adding Title in Operations Dashboard

Why do my pop-ups go blank after adding a Title heading to a map?
After I add the map and click on a point, I can view the attributes, but as soon as I add a title to the map, the pop-up window is blank.The pop-up stays blank even after I remove the title. I have to delete and add the map back in again to see the pop-up.

I figured it out.
It's because my text is white.
When change the Text Color in the General Tab under Configure it changes both the Title text color and the Pop-up text color.
