My students created maps in ArcGIS Online and shared them with the public, then sent me the links. I can see the maps, but when I click the pushpin to see the description in the popups, nothing happens. In maps that I created, I can click the pushpins and the pop-up appears. Any idea why this simple feature would not work on a student's map?
I'm having the same exact issue with a map I created yesterday, it was working fine and then suddenly stopped allowing me to bring up the popups sometime in the afternoon.
We currently have a problem with popups on editable layers (map notes) that was introduced in our latest update of the website. We plan to fix this specific problem by the beginning of next week.
