PIN a legend in AGOL Dashboard?

Is there a way to pin the map legend to the map tile in an AGOL dashboard? I am working on dashboard and want the legend to always be visible. As it is now, you have to click the small legend icon in the upper right corner to view the legend. If there is no way to pin the legend, is it possible to make the icon say "LEGEND" rather than just use the icon, so people who are not familiar with map docs can more easily locate? Thank you!!

You can always use a Map Legend widget and have it next to the map frame, if your dashboard has the space for it.
