Are there any potential issues when partnering a personal user account with an organizational account(partnered collaboration), and is it possible to add personal accounts to groups within the organizational account?
Solved! Go to Solution.
A personal use account user can join a "regular" group owned by an organizational account member. However, a personal use account user can't join a "partnered collaboration" group owned by an organization account member.
Public account users can only join groups owned by other public account users. Organizational account members can only join groups owned by other organizational account members.

Thank you for your reply. My question is regarding personal use, not for a public account (free account). Can the personal use account join the organizational account groups or not?

Thank you so much
Could student account (ArcGIS for student)can join groups within an organizational account and collaborate with an ArcGIS organizational account?
I believe the student account works the same way as a personal account. So yes you can join organization groups, with some limitations. See post above.
