I'm trying to set up a partial string parameter query in ArcGIS Explorer Online. I figured out that you can use % in the paramter query form, but how can you set up the parameter query to always use wildcards before and after the parameter without the user manually entering it in the form. Also, is it possible to do a case insensitive query?
