Overwriting GDB Feature Layer - Error

I uploaded a File Geodatabase to ArcOnline and also published it as a Hosted Feature Layer.  I added another feature class to the File Geodatabase and tried to overwrite the hosted feature layer, but I keep getting a general error.  This has been happening  A LOT and on different databases that I manage in ArcOnline.  

Nothing has changed about the database other than adding a feature class to it.  The zipped folder has the same name.  Delete protection is off, editing and sync are off, there are no view layers.  

How else can I troubleshoot or handle this.  The error I receive isn't helpful at all.
