Option to show attachments in popup not showing for feature layer

I have a hosted feature layer that I enabled attachments for. I can do this and add attachments - but after doing this I can't see any option to show them in the pop up? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

As you can see from the images below, I have enabled attachments and the features have attachments (jpg's) , but the option to then display them in popups doesn't show?

If you click add content, do you get the option to show attachments?

Pop ups led you add content sections such as Text, Fields or Attachments. Your screenshot shows the default settings of fields and related records. You need to add another content pane (or show us that the content options does not include attachments).

I just came across this post, I have a simular issue. I have sucessfully attached pds or tiffs to hosted feature classess (point) . When I click on the point and the pop-up appears the pdf or tiff , itself, has to be clicked again to open. I want it to open automaticaly  ( with out the extra clicking) when the pop-up appears.

Hi Anissa,

This is a separate issue and I'd generally recommend making new posts when you have questions. You'll get more traction than discussion on an existing post with an answer. Feel free to tag me or other MVPs though!

For your issue, I believe only JPG, PNG or gif is supported within the popup element itself. Otherwise it'll need to be opened by something that can show it.

I'm not away of a way to display pdf or tiff directly.
