No Global IDs when create layer from CSV - Post June 2024 Update

After the June 2024 update, when I create a new hosted feature service from a CSV, Global IDs are not generated and thus the feature cannot be taken offline. Is there a new step to incorporate a global id? I have been unsuccessful when using the Add Global ID tool in Arc Pro.

If you go into the layer's Settings page and check the box for Sync, that adds globalIDs to the service.

Thank you, but any idea why the save is unsuccessful every time I try to Enable Sync?

I got it fixed, there was a "Date Only" field type in my data that was causing the problem. Thanks for the help and leading me to the solution
